At Caden Lane, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on most items in their original, unwashed condition. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then securely package your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
